BRIDGE BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT PLAN — 2013
Bernalillo County adopted the Bridge Boulevard Corridor Redevelopment Plan in 2013. The general intent of the plan was to link land use with transportation planning along Bridge Boulevard between Tower Road and the Barelas Bridge.

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
The County then completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) which was approved by Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in 2016. The EA focused on broad issues for the entire Bridge Boulevard corridor, including purpose and need, general location of alternatives, and decision points required for each phase of roadway reconstruction. Subsequent environmental reevaluations needed to be conducted for each phase.
